Application of linear feeding machinery:
Linear vibrating screen is widely used for the screening and grading of a variety of materials in me
tallurgy, building materials, chemical, refractory, cement, grain, food and other industries.
Features of linear feeding machinery:
ZS linear vibration screen is a special closemesh screen designed for carbon pulp maker and used
for screening the foreign matters like wood chips mixed into the ore pulp before spray washing. It
is generally used as a safety screen after discharging the immersed slag, or used for recovering th
e finelyground activated carbon with gold or for special purpose of feeding carbon immersing tank.
Working Principle of linear vibrating feeding machinery:
SZ Linear Vibrating Screen use the vibrating motor excitation as vibration source, so that
materials in the sieve to be toss, at the same time does the straight exercise forward, material
from the feeder evenly into the feed-in mouth of the linear vibrating screen, through the multi-
layer mesh generate several kinds of materials which under the sieve/up the siever, then are
discharged from their respective export separately.
