Description

  • Innovative Booms reveal light-colored oil leaks that are nearly invisible on standard absorbents
  • Composed of UV-resistant Oil-Only Booms printed with oil-indicating wax dots
  • Skin "flares" bright blue to provide a clear visual indication that mineral oil or hydraulic fluid is leaking
  • Provides detection and absorption for locations where equipment is periodically checked to manage repairs or potential failures
  • Helps you determine the leak's location and volume to calculate oil loss from equipment
  • Color is visible from a distance and eliminates the need to pick up and check the Boom
  • Wax dissolves in oil to release dye but both are unaffected by water
  • Booms absorb oil but repel water and are impervious to rain and other wet conditions
  • Use PIG® Booms to surround equipment and contain liquids on land or water
