Largy Capacity Bucket Elevator
Introduction
Bucket elevator is a vertical conveyor machine. It is made up of Movement part (bucket and tractive belt or chain), upper part with transmission drum, down parts with tension drum, middle cabinet, drive device and so on.
It is available for bulk density (<1.5 t/m3) powder, particle and small granulate raw materials, like coal, granulated substance, dust coke, cement, broken ore and so on. The max lifting height is 40 meters.
Features

2. High capacity with high efficiency. Max. capacity 1600m3/h, Max. height 45m.
3. Efficiently avoid the accumulation of products and minimize the breakage of grain. The bucket elevator can operate continually under full load condition and can start smoothly under bucket full. And 1/3 boot full condition.
4. The belts to be at least three layers of rubber with nylon but depend on capacity and height of elevator.
5. The casings are of flanged connection with the rubber gaskets, and have the exact dimensional accuracy and precision of fit of flange connections.
