HY5WS-17/50 YH5WS-17/50 MOA Lightning Arrester Surge arrester
The metal oxide lightning arrester is the most advanced over-voltage protector.
It is widely used as protective devices against switching and lightning over voltages in power electrical systems such as power transformers ,distributors,generators, compensation capacitors.
Its core component resistance slice adopts the material including zinc oxide
and many kinds of metal oxides, compared with traditional silicon-carbide arrester, its volt-ampere characteristic of resistance slice has been improved to great degree, as well as the current
1) Ambient air temperature within the range of -55°C to +50°C.
2) Altitude not exceeding 2000m.
3) Frequency of the A.C. Power supply not less than 48hz and not exceeding 62hz.
4) Power frequency voltage applied continuous between the teminals of the arrester not
exceeding its continuous operating voltage.
5) Maximum wind speed not exceeding 35m/s.
6) Earthquake intensity not exceeding 7 degrees.
