Flexo printing machine specifications:
Lead edge feeder unit:
1.This machine adopt lead edge feeder,vacuum absorption auxiliary paper feeding system,the absorption force is adjustable to different cardboard thickness and absorbs cardboard onto the feeding table,then enter into the printing section smoothly.
2.The positions of side blocking plate is electrically adjustable,prompt,accurate and easy.
3.The upper paper feeding roller is wrapped DRC and subject to balance alignment,the lower paper feeding roller is embossing and hard chrome plating.
4.The function on the control panel are clear and centralized,easy operation.
Printing unit:
1.Adopt hanging plate printing system,easy for plate changing,and has pedal switch,easy for plate hanging.
2.With anilox roller plus papaer feeder system auto lifting device.
3.The gear after heat treatment for many times ,fine grinding,the frine grinding teeth,tooth surface hardness of HRC58-60 degree.
4.Printing phase controlled by touch screen or electric botton,
5. high precision printing and high speed for working
Slotter unit:
1.The scoring roller and the slotter blade move axially,guided by a rolling straight guiding track,so that movement is satble and positioning is accurate.
2.Carton height can be adjusted by electric synchronization.
3.Blade shaft ,feed axies are fine grinding hard chromium plating.
