Introduction of the complete machine
1.Touch-screen and electric dual control system
2.Adopte high quality material and accessories
3.Transmission gears adopts high quality alloy steel (20CrMnTi),with hardness HRC58- 62 after carburizing, quenching and grinding
4.Key free onnection decrease the connection clearance, maintain the overprint's precision of long-term printing.

7.Transmission structure with double oil pump circulatiing ubrication.
Feeding unit
1.Back kicked suction-assisted feeder system(optional servo lead edge feeder equipment)
2.Optional continuous or skip feeding ,with a counter display production quantity
3.Feeder rail adopts linear bearings, feed smoothly,correctly.
4.Automatic feeding and anilox roller joint operation,reduce the waste of cardboard.
5.With sucked crumbs dusting machine ,can improve the printing quality.
Printing unit
1.Plate rollers,embossing rollers are made of high-quality steel with grinding and hard chrome plating.
2.Dynamic and static banlance correction,smooth operation.
3.Adopts hanging mechanism to convenient and fast install.
4.Loading and unloaduing the printing version is optional of foot switch or electric button to control positive inversion.
5.With feeder system pneumatic automatic lifting device(by feeding will the anilox roller down and contact with the plate , when stop feeding will the anilox roller up anda separeated with the plate.)
6.Phase adjusting mechanism with planetary gear structure.
7.The printing phase adopts PLC, touch screen control and electric digital 360 adjusting. Printing plate rollers with automatic zeroing ,dynamic and static phase adjusting.
8.Electric digital display adjust the lateal position of plate roller, adjust distance of ±10mm
9.The printing phase fixng device electromagnetic cluth braking mechanism ;when the machine and workplate separated or adjusted the phase , the braking mechanism will restricted them rotation, keeping the original printing position.
Slotting unit
1.Preload roller can protect the cardboard from crush after through the preload line .
2.Pressing line upper wheel wrapped with the quality polyurethane,guarantee a cardboard hardness from destruction.
3.The crosswise movement of pressing line wheel ,guide wheel and slotting wheel adopts electrical button operation ,fast and convenient.
4.Adopts heat treatmented and grinded high quality alloy steel slotted knife ,tooth profile blade width of 7mm, sharp and abrasive resistance well.
5.Dual- pieces trimming knife ,sharp and wear well.
6.Phase adjusting mechanism with planetary gear structure.
7.Configured aluminum buckle device.
Die cutting unit
1.Cushion roll ,template roller adopts quality steel dater dynamic balancing correction, to increase operational stability.
2.By not die-cutting state template roller and cushion roll will through a cylinder eccentric device automatically disengaged, that can reduce the machine-load when no load ,and effectively extend the life of urethane and knife mold.
3.Mechanical transmission urethane can move around ±30mm ,and with aradial differential device, evenly distributed the wear of cushion roll and thus greatly increase the life of cushion roller
4.Unique differenial speed compensation device ,regardless the diameter change of cushion ,speed difference compensation device makes urethane roller slide with the template roller ,and thus the surfac speed of rubber pad completely manipulated by knife mold ,so die-cut carton is exactly the same as the mold
Stacker unit
1.Receiving arm can be set to automatic or manual operation
2.Receiving arm transmission belts can individually adjust the the tightness ,and free to chosen the number of receiving arm.
3.Palletization height is 1600mm
4.Lifting transmit motr of machine table has brakr function ,to maintain a fixed position, not decline.
5.By a predetermined height the air pressure receiving arm will automatically ectended,lift up the cardboard
6.Plane wrinkles belt,to prevent cardboard decline.
