This machine is PS foam sheet extruder

Usage:
This machine is designed to produce monolayer PS foam sheet which is used to make fast-food box, supermarket dish, cake dish, KT sheet and instant noodles bowl etc .

II.Main construction features
1. EPS foam sheet unit adopts the up-to-date gondi double-stage high foam technology.
2. It uses the general polystyrene as raw material. In the extrusion process, foaming agent is injected with high pressure.
3. It's made up of primary/secondary screw+butane pump+extrusion mould head +mold device + traction engine and rewinder .
4. This machine adopts Non-stop fast screen changer to improve production efficiency.
5. The screw adopts big Ratio L/D Ratio to ensure good plasticizing .
6. The frame of the main extruder adopts square steel to make sure the machine works stably.
7. Good qulity , work stably,low noise and reliable function.
