1. ) Impeller: With single-channel or double-channel impeller, which is similar to an elbow of the same section, the pump is particularly suitable for the medium containing solid particles( particle size: 50% pump flange size).
2. ) Mechanical seal: Double-channel mechanical seal in series(doule seal type), with durable wear and corrosion resisting seal material.
Motor side: Ceramic/Ceramic
Pump side: Silicon carbide/Hard Alloy
3. ) Bearing. Three sets. One at the motor side and two at the pump side. SKF and NTN type bearing available if request.
4. ) Oil and water probe: Once the mechanical seal damages and water comes insides, the probe will send out signal to make the protection action.
5. ) Float switch: If request, with pump control cabinet, the float switch can automatically control the pump stop/start according to the water level
6). Movable and fixed installation optional, and double guide automatic rail available.
7. ) Motor: Insulation class: Class F, and protection class 58
