PR205 series temperature and humidity field inspection instrument
PR205 series temperature and humidity field inspection instrument can be connected with 24 the thermocouples, 12 thermal resistances and 3 humidity transmitters, it’s a special instrument for the temperature and humidity field inspection. After connecting to host computer, it can perform automatic test and analysis on the deviations of temperature controlling, temperature field, humidity field, uniformity and volatility of heat treatment furnace and equipment for environment temperature (or humidity) test, The standards and methods for the test cover the national standard, the military standard and various existing norms.
1. Performance characteristics
(1) It is equipped with large capacity lithium batteries, so as to avoid the interference caused by AC power supply.
(2) High inspection speed. The speed of thermocouple inspection is 0.1s per channel, the speed of the thermal resistance is 0.5s per channel.
(3)The unique structure of the terminal plug is installed in the PR205AS type equipment, facilitate the installation and removal of the sensor.
(4) It has internal and external reference junction compensation mode. The error of reference junction compensation temperature and interchannel are all less than 0.2℃.
(5) It supports U disk. Inspection data can be saved to the U disk, and the storage file can be edited by use of
excel.
(6) Due to the use of resistive touch screen and mechanical key combination operation mode, which can realize the complex human-computer interaction function .
(7) It adopts the design of low power consumption. Under normal operation, it can work more than 20 hours continuously with battery power supply.
(8) It has a wealth of features, in addition to the real-time display of all the channel inspection data which including temperature value and power value, but also has a curve drawing, short circuit cleared and other functions.
2. Product selection
Two models currently available: PR205AS, it can measure the thermocouple or thermal resistance sensor; PR205CS uses connector assembly, and it can only measure the thermal resistance sensor. Two kinds of product support 3 Road humidity measurement all.
