The intake pressure of biogas gas compressor can 0 ~ 0.5 Mpa, exhaust pressure may 15 ~ 35 Mpa, displacement may 20 ~ 20000 Nm3 / h, compression stages for Level 1 to 5, the exhaust gas temperature ≤40 ℃.
The Biogas air compressor is widely used in rural biogas stations, sewage treatment plants, and new type biogas car station.
Biogas gas is flammable, mixed with air can form explosive mixtures. Case heat and the fire burning explosion. The biogas compressor configuration dⅡBT4 explosion-proof motor, and is provided with a variety of automatic control safety devices: (1) oil undervoltage, alarm and stop; (2) cooling water-voltage, alarm and stop; (3) into gas overpressure, alarm and parking. (4) The exhaust overpressure, alarm and parking. (5) The motor overload, alarm and parking.
