QC example
1.Laser tube test
Every laser tube and power supply will be adjusted for continual 8 hours(electrify every 7 seconds); "power test equipment" test power consumption and get real output power and laser jet distance.
Picture 1 and 2: use "power meter" get laser tube's power in tested current: make the light sensation piece in middle to aim at output entrence of laser tube, also put it 20mm from output entrence, make current to test current situation, then you can see the number on power meter display screen, when it is stable, it is real power of laser tube. Meantime, you can test the light spot effect with it.
Not qualified laser tube will be returned to our supplier!
2.laser head, control panel and power supply adjustment
All laser head, control panel and power supply will be aging test, to test its stablity and function, so as to ensure all of them are best-to-use before into storage.
3.Square guide rail test
Test point: check square guide rail flatness, straightness; test size and pitch-row according to design; Put the square guide rail on marble, check whether it is curve, ensuring the error is < 0.1mm.
4.Synchronizing wheel test
Test point: check synchronizing wheel's flexisiblity, check whether it is the same step and uniform with bearing.
5.Laser tube holder, bearing holder, transmission band and strutting piece
Test point: mild, internal precision and durability
6.Test screw, plastic tube and other hardware
Test point: refer to standard if the parts can be tested precisely; if the parts can not be tested precisly, we will compare them with standard sample, compare every hardware's standard to ensure every parts has their own precise specification.
7.Whole machine adjustment and test
Before delivery, the machine will be adjusted and test by 3 departments, during which quality department will set parameter, adjust parts and then cut/engrave/mark sample materials
