Characteristic
1. It is heated directly and cooled indirectly. The cooling water and process water are not mixed, avoiding the secondary pollution of food. It does not need water processing chemicals and the high temperature can contribute to the sterilization in a short time.
2. A small quantity of the process water can circulated quickly to amount to the expected sterilizing temperature.
3. It produces low noise, creating quiet and comfortable working environment.
4. It takes perfect control of the temperature. During the whole process, the pressure is constantly adjusted to the change of the pressure inside the packages, which make the deformability of the packages can go down to the lowest. It is especially suitable for the packages with air.
5. The system preheated by process water (optional) can ensure that the temperature of the heat-insulated and heat-filled products rise continuously.
6. With the most high quality flange and capped end, cool shaped in one time, and by vibration, so not to blend at all.
7. Pot with grinding technology to improve the surface hardness and sloshing .especially chlorine in cooling
