About Kaiser Explosive-Proof Screw Air Compressor
Kaiser Explosive-Proof Screw Air Compressors adopt SKK air ends, so it attains such advantages:high precision, smooth operation, low noise, high reliability, long lifespan, low maintenance cost, low oil cost and etc.
•A set of air-flow controlling system is adopted from Austria with high stability.
•The load regulation between the range of 0 and 100 helps to adjust the power consumption according to the actual amount of air used.
•Safe in operation, it is explosive-proof and prevents from over-loading, short circuit, loss of phrase and electricity leak. Its warning system functions under the condition of over temperature, logging of air filter and oil separation filter. In addition, it shuts down in condition of over temperature. The triple protection units as volume adjustor pressure-control and safty valve are applied to prevent it from working under the condition of over pressure.
•The core of air oil separation filter is made from the imported supefine fiberglass, which controls the oil content in air below 3ppm.
Function
The pneumatic tools and spraying equipment can be used in digging tunnel under the pit often confront the problem of low efficiency of compressed air provided because the pressure decreased for the long pipeline. While this kind of air compressor can operate safely in the development area under the pit and moves forward along with the digging process, it keeps high pressure, raising the efficiency of pneumatic machinery by 30% even one time and decreasing the electricity consumption by 30%. In addition, it also saves the pipeling. This kind of air compressor is also applicable in the tunnel construction engineering.
Airend · Direct Driven --- No Gearing, No Belt!
Rotors are the key elements in producing compressed air efficiently. SKK airends utilize a male 5 lobe rotordriving rotorand a 6 lobe
(female rotor driven rotor).These state of the art Y profile rotors were introduced in the kaiser screw air comprssor. The Y profile rotors are designed to ensure energy efficiency. Every kaiser screw air compressor hence quickly pays itsself through significant savings in energy costs.

Inlet Valve
The Inlet Valve is the major air flow control component in the compressor unit.It controls air flow to the compressor,either by opening,
throttling, or closing completely in response to pressure transducer controls.
Drive Coupling
The latest mainstream designed spider couplings are used to guarantee the reliability and transmission efficiency and provide
vibration free power transmission for quiet and maintenance free operation.
Oil Separation System
The threestage separation system, the result of extensive research and development, supplies high quality compressed air. The separation
tank has two different separation stages: Centrifugal and gravity. The third stage separation is provided by a high performance, long life
coalescent separator filter. The efficiency of the first two stages assures the long life of this coalescent filter. This system limits oil vapors
carryover to below 3 ppm.
Kerry Air Filter
Kaiser compressors use the Kerry air filter which provides filtration to less than 3 microns Ultra Web nanofiber technology.
This technology ensures clean, unrestriced airflow for optimal compressor operation. It has 99.99% filtration efficiency and fully
complies with ISO 5011 standards. Strategic air inlet port positioning receives the coolest air as it enters the cabinet to ensure
superior volumetric efficiency.
