1.Our company established in 2001, Haiyee Mould Company is specialized in manufacture plastic injection mould,SMC mould,fiberglass mould with ISO9001 certificate which audited by SGS.

 

2.With more than 90 employees, we have over 10 years accumulated experience in designing and producing plastic injection molds,compression mould and SMC mould.

 

3.We provide integrated services from mold design, secondary processing, and CNC machining, prototype and surface treatment on your requirement. Every year over 70% of our moulds are exported to the United States, Europe,Australia,Korea and so on.

 

4.In addition to using high grade steel from China,we stock steel from Germany, USA and Sweden,Such as P20,P20HH, H13, S136,420SS,NAK80 and so on.

We will choose steel according to customers requirements and longevity of moulds.

Standard components purchase from DME, HASCO,YUDO,Miller ,SINO and so on. 

 

5.We have three injection machine with 86T,250T,800T and one compression machine with 2000T,so we can supply moulding service.

 

6.We will supply sample and testing report to custmer,the sample measured by three coordinate machine(CMM)
