IRG Vertical Single Stage Single Suction Pipeline Pump
General Description
Type ISG, IRG, IHG, IYG single-stage single-suction vertical centrifugal pumps are designed carefully according to different working conditions. The hydraulic model is excellent. These pumps measured up to JB/T53058-93 quality standard and according to ISO2858 International standard.
1,Type ISG pumps have been used for water supply in industry, cities, high-rises, cold or hot water circulation in air-condition, Fire fighting pipeline pressurizing, transport water from far away, pressurizing transport in industrial circulating system, garden sprinkler irrigation. They are provided for delivering clear water or other liquid which is physically and chemically similar to water. The temperature of the liquid is below 80°C.
2,Type IRG hot water pipe pump is used for hot water circulation in boiler, hothouse, bathroom, industrial circulating system with non-corrosive hot water. The temperature of the liquid is below 150°C.
3,Type IHG chemical pipe pumps are used for chemical , Pharmaceutical, paper, textile industry. They are provided for delivering corrosive liquid,. The temperature of the liquid is below 120°C.
4,Type IYG oil pipe pumps are used for transfer oil products without solid particles. The temperature of the liquid is -20~80°C.

Structure
This vertical pump, the motor and pump are joined directly without transmission parts. So they operate smoothly. The shaft seal is made with hard alloy mechanical seal, therefore, there is on leakage. The inlet and outlet have same diameter and sports on a single line, it can be fixed anywhere like valves in pipeline. Besides, they feature smooth operation and lower noise etc. In conclusion, this series pumps are favored in market because of their smooth operation, high efficiency, less energy consumption, small floor space and compact structure.
