MMS-5000 Quilted Panel Cutting Machine provides panel and border cut for the mattress preparation of the quilted material. MMS-5000 Quilted Panel Cutting AMchine is able to make milimetric cuts thanks to its special desing and driver control, to make straight slices of mattress side borders with 12 cutting blades and rolls on machine with the rolling attacment on this border cut. Today , MMS-5000 works with perfect compliance behind all chain and lock stitch Quilting Machines , thanks to its high speed and milimetric sensitivity.
- Faultless Cut in demanded Size : It makes faultless milimetric cuts by reading with photocell and ignoring the shrinkage of the material to be cut, which is resulting from thickness or thinness.
- Adaptation to every Machine : It shows perfect compliance to every machine with its different speed options.
- Border Cut: Cutting safely with 12 blades on the machine, for border cuts in demanded size and easy stowing as rolling on it self.
