PP-R Manifold specialized for floor heating system
Brief Introduction:
This PP-R manifold acts as a distribution center of a heating system. The fastest, most efficient and easiest way to distribute the hot and cold water through the pipes is by using the PP-R manifolds. Many of the models are available with PP-R inlets/outlets, as well as left and right hand models.
This distribution (supply) type manifold separates the water flow from the main inlet and delivers water to designated locations. The manifold outlets can accommodate various tubing types and sizes, making it easy to integrate the manifold with almost any common system type and size. Manifold sections are easily connected together, if more circuits are required. Simply thread two sections together with the use of a manifold coupling and tighten. Make sure the gasket is installed prior to assembly.
Most important:
1.The PP-R manifold is wholly molded from plastic injection molding machine ,so there is no leakage spot.Then this kind of updated version plastic manifold is more efficient and durable than ordinary brass manifold.
2.Lighter than brass manifold (approximately one eighth of metal pipes weight), easy to handle and transport.
3. It is our PATENTED product which is designed and developed by our independent research and development team. Patent number is 201220005643.1. This kind of tube gripper will lock pipe firmly, which is strong enough to guarantee the connection between pipe and manifold is intact even pipe has been broken up. So our manifold solved this weak connection problem, and then enhanced the functional reliability & security of floor heating system greatly.
PP-R Manifold’s Features & Benefits:
1. Environmental friendly, healthy and non-toxic, no sealant, odorless, free of stains and scales.
2. Lower price, better new raw material than traditional copper and stainless steel, promote the technology of “plastic in place of steel”.
3. Adopting hot welding connection for excellent welding quality of pipes and fittings, leakage effectively prevented.
4. Light weight (approximately one eighth of metal pipes weight), easy to handle and transport.
5. High temperature resistance (maximum water temperature up to 90°C) and excellent ability in chemical corrosion resistance.
6. One-step injection molding process, beautiful appearance, all interfaces are sealed with rubber gaskets or fusion-jointing, no burst or expansion, seamless and good sealing.
7. Flexible, modular and singular design system. New fast insertion connection method is easy to install and disassemble, minimized installation time and cost.
8. The patent structure——the most advanced and unique tube gripper structure. This kind of tube gripper will lock pipe firmly so enhance the functional reliability & security of floor heating system greatly.
9. The wall thickness is thick enough, good aging resistance. Over 50 years of service life under normal conditions.

Installation steps:
1. Confirm the package is excellent without damage.
2. Install and fix the manifold.
3. Loose the locknut.
4. Use specialized shears to shear pipe vertically then install branch pipe sleeve.
5. Plug in the pipe fully, then using specialized spanner to tighten it up.
6. Advise to install curve pipe clips when installing heating coil to increase the security and reliability. In case the heating coil twist, springback, break and get loose etc.
Test:
(1). Hydraulic blasting test :keeping 2mins under 2.4MPa pressure.
Result:Manifold is non-leakage,no deformation or distortion to affect its serviceability.
(2). Pullout test:the connection between pipe and manifold is intact even pipe has been broken up.(pulled by 5tons forklift)
We have ball valve and valve with filter are suitable for our PP-R manifold as a set.
Ball valve/valve with filter and manifold can be connected with hot-melting.Below is how it works:
