Product introduction - vibration screen
JZS paper pulp vibration screen machine is a high-precision powder griddle through a number
of patented technological innovation (rapid beam ring design, the flange motor design) , low
noise, high efficiency, quick changer only needs 3 - 5 minutes, fully enclosed structure, it is
suitable for tablets, powder,mucus, etc. materials screening filter.
Working principle - vibration screen
The basic principles of paper pulp vibration screen machine is installed under hammer motor
shaft (unbalanced hammer), let motor rotary motion into horizontal, vertical, inclined three per
exercise, then this movement passes to the screen surface. Adjusting the upper and lower ends
of heavy hammer of the phase angle, it can change the material in the sieve surface trajectory.
By changing the eccentric block’s included angle (the upper and down), the motion material
moves on the mesh ill be changed. So that the screening target will be realized.
