Widely used industrial drum sieve / gold trommel screen
Trommel screen mainly made up by follow parts: motor, reduction gears, rolling device, rack, seal
cover, feed inlet and discharge hole.
1. Working principle - Trommel screen
Roller device installed slantwise on the rack.
Motor by the reducer with roller device through a shaft coupling, drive roller device around its axis of
rotation.
When the materials enter the cylinder device, the material on surface of screen start flipping and
rolling due to the tilt and turn of drum unit.
Then the qualified materials expel from discharge hole at bottom of the back end, unqualified material
expel from discharge hole at the end of drum.
The trammel screen can avoid clogging efficiently due to the material kept turning and rolling in the
cylindrical screen.
