Product Introduction- Drum Screen
Drum Screen, also called trommel screen, its mainly include Motor, Reduction gear, Roller, Support frame, Dust cover, Feed entrance and Discharge outlet.
Drum Screen widely used in various types of materials, the way to feeding is simple and diversified, can be designed according to the actual situation, whether belt conveyor, funnel or other way of feeding. High screening efficiency, because it is a roller type, the contact area of screen is large, capacity is bigger than general vibrating screen. Dust cover and effective to avoid the dust float in the sky or splash. It is a kind of environmental protection and efficient screening equipment.
Principle of the structure- Drum Screen
Drum Screen installed on the support frame. Motor and reduction gear connect with roller by the axis, make the roller move around the axis drive. When the raw materials enter roller, because the tilt and turn, make raw material flip and rolling on the surface of the screen, then the qualified materials (undersize) come out from the discharge opening at bottom after screening, unqualified material (bigger size) will come out from the opening by the end of roller. Because the raw material doing flip and rolling inside of roller, the stucked material will be popped out, avoid blocking. Sand trommel screen, drum screen, roller screen all have the same structure, just the different names.
