Handling Plates are light sensitive. Handle under yellow safelight (uv free) until processed.

Light Source and Exposure Automatic plate maker is recommendable. Light source: Iodine-Gallium lamp/Metal halide lamp.                           Exposure Condition - Step tablet: 3 step clear, Power of Light: 4 kw, Time: 30-50 seconds.
1 meter distance between plate and lamp.
Process Conventional
Developer Flying positive developer of universal positive developer is recommended.                                          Dilution - 1 (developer) : 12 (water).
Recommended Developer Temperature 18 - 22°C by hand, 20 - 23°C by machine
Development Time 30 - 40 seconds 
Deletion Conventional Pens
Shelf Life 18 - 24 months when stored in a dark, cool and dry space.
Recommended Processing Automatic plate processor is recommended.
Length of Run 80,000-100,000 copies of impression.                                                                                                           Depends upon printing condition like press, ink, paper and so on.
