How to cook

*No wash-- roasted by infrared, clean enough and no need to wash again. Just put seaweed in a bow, add into 100°c soup, ready to enjoy.

*Wash-- if choose to wash again before cooling, please wash within 1 minute. Use 100°c boiling water or brine with 4~5% salt content, so as to advoid clearing the nutrience, phycoerythrin away.

We are the manufacturer and exporter specialized in seaweed products in Southeast China, about 500 kilometers away from Guangzhou City. Our products mainly include sun-dried round seaweed, roasted seaweed (sushi nori & round seaweed) and seasoned seaweed snack.

Sun-dried round seaweed is washed, cut and shaped, dried naturally under the sun, used for soup.

Roasted seaweed: Sushi nori is widely used for cracker, making sushi for japanese restaurants, common garnish for noodle, and as a good condiment or making other seaweed food. Round seaweed is washed and roasted, can be ate directly. It is a best ingredient for soup.

Seasoned seaweed is roasted with seasoing sauce, crispy and tasty.
