Technics	1)Basic artwork: After whole set of pole shaft hot dip galvanized, goes to static powder coating system with condition of hanging flat way within 0.3% random error. 2)Material: High quality steel Q235B (SS400), has enough strength to prevent deformation in transportation and installation. Design wind power resistance: 12 Grade of 36M/S. 3)Joint welding: Applied auto welding without transverse weld. Longitudinal seam guarantee no burr no spurious joint, surface smooth. 4)Base plate use Q235B high quality steel. Flange and pole connection needs to be full welded in both side. The weld quality is reliable, secure without weld flaw. 5)Pole checking door: Auto cut door hole, cutting line is clean and smooth, with small gap less than 1mm. 6)Surface treatment: Hot dip galvanizing after GB/T 13912-92 standard. The spraying coating use American Dupont static powder. Thickness of powder coating≥110um; after GB1720,GB1732,GB1763 and ASTM F1043-95 Standard.
