ASTM A795 SCHEDULE 10 STEEL SPRINKLER PIPE for fire protection
1.What is the A795 steel pipe?
The A795 steel pipe is a kind of composite pipe that is coat a special dusty material on the
internal and external surfaces after the special fabrication processing of the basic
pipes, so the pipe has excellent characteristic of high pressure resistance, antistativity,
fire resistance, strong chemical corrosion resistance, etc.
2.Coating meterial : PE and EP
3.Color : black , gray, red, blue, white
4.Coating thickness:
400micrometer -1000 micrometer for PE,
100 micrometer - 400micrometer for EP.
5.Type of coating: Hot dip for PE, inside and outside painted for EP
6. Connection type: threaded, grooved, flange, and other.
7. Process:
surface treatment- Preheat -Spray -Touch up - baking curing -cooling -parity
(End of the plastic tube can be tested, including appearance, coating thickness,
corrosion resistance, wear resistance, density, hardness, combined with Strength
or adhesion, etc. )- packing and shipping
8.Inspecting:

9.A795 steel pipe features:
Advantage:
It has excellent corrosion resistance, at the same time, the plasitc coating itself also
has good electrical insulation, does not produce electrical erosion. Low water
absorption, high mechanical strength, low coefficient of Mocha, to achieve the purpose
of long-term use. Can effectively prevent damage to roots and soil environmental
stress and other plants, the connection is convenient, simple maintenance.
Shortcoming:
It can't be bended .
