Specifications
It is the key machine in the drink preparing system. The liquid after preparing, it needs to be sterilized by this machine.We adopt the advanced stainless steel welding technology and process good quality stainless steel pipe. By above improvement, the quality and the capacity of the machine has been increased a lot. Now we have the automatic and manual type UHT sterilizer. It can be used to sterilize the fresh milk, juice, drinkable liquid, wine, soy-bean milk and other liquid.
If this machine can be connected with the high pressure homogenizer, it also can process the high concentrated liquid, such as sauce.
Characters of equipment
Instant UHT sterilizer has many advantages such as heat exchanger, high regenerative effect, low energy consumption and easy to operate. The objective was to design a system where a little nutrition losses can be achieved using very short run-time for products .It has been widely used to handle liquid product such as fresh milk, sauce, beverages, liquors, soybean milk and liquid medicine.
