QHS series beverage mixing equipment is the key equipment in the carbonated drink processing line. It can mix water, syrup and carbon dioxide together. Not only mixing, it also can adjust the proportion of above mixing material. It is normally used in the lemon drink, cola drink and carbonated juice drink processing lines.
Main characters of the equipment:
1, This machine adopts advanced technology: static state mixer, large acreage for vapour-liquid conveying, low resistance, high efficiency and simple structure. Reliable and low noise centrifugal pump makes the machine good performance.
2, High precision proportional action needle valves and pneumatic angle set valves in the syrup and water pipes, which can control the carbon dioxide accurately. At the same time, they also can prevent water and syrup series flow.
3, The proportion of the carbon dioxide can be adjusted follow the requirement of the drink processing.
4, Machine is controlled by the micro-computer. It can work continuously without watching.
5, Whole machine can be connected with the CIP system and easy cleaning.
