Application:
MLGX25B of rice paddy husker is an ideal equipment designed for husking the raw rice paddy into brown rice which is already processing by paddy cleaner and destoner even magnetic separator.It adopt two relation rotation different speed rubber roller, the different line speed tear the hull from the rice paddy. The brown rice, rice paddy, hull mixture will be separated in aspiration box. It can be combined with HA10F aspiration box or Chinese vertical model aspiration box.
Main Features:
1. Newly type with oil free (no gearbox) and low noisy (from gearbox), big capacity and compact structure;
Stable performance, High rate of husking and less broken percentage and good separating effect for brown rice and the paddy hull, Husker head adopted automatic control, husking rate is about 90%, it insure stable husking rate during processing.
Optimum performance, durability rubber roll huskers;
2. High level of automation, the tensity of two rubber rollers are controlled by pneumatic cylinder, it connected with level detector, it can release the roller when there is no paddy in hopper, and engage the roller after there is enough paddy in feeding hopper in time.
3. The pressure between rubber rolls can be easily adjusted by the cylinder;
4. Equipt perfect motor overloading automatic protection function.
5.Easy to be operated, the rubber roller can be changed by one operator easily.
