This chocolate depositing line includes mould heater, depositor, vibrating, cooling, second mould heater,second depositor,vibrating, cooling tunnel and discharging conveyor of products.
It can produce two colors of chocolates, mixing with nut pieces, and chocolate with nut if there is a nut dosing device between two depositors.
The length of the depositing line is 13750mm and the discharging conveyor is 2000mm, so the total length is 15750mm. The compressor unit is put on the top or beside of cooling tunnel and it is 15HP water-cooled. It needs one 10 ton/hour of water tower.
The inverters are Mitsubishi, cylinders are Airtac, eletric components are Schneider except the temperature controller is Omron, motors are made in China.
The sizes of chocolate moulds are 285*200*30mm with rings.
The cooling tunnel is 8 layers and the cooling time of chocolates in the cooling tunnel is about 30 minutes.
