General introduction of self-propelled wrapping machine:
- Self-propelled stretch pallet wrapper machine are used to wrap stretch film around a loaded pallet.
- Film provides extra support while the products are being transported & storage to protect them from tip, spill from being damaged. Additionally, wrapper loads can easily be separated and identified.
- Self-propelled pallet wrapper is widely used in chemical industry electronic industry building materials home appliances papermaking foodstuff & drink etc.
Features of self-propelled wrapping machine:
- The self-propelled wrapping machine is easy to use, safe and stable. The stretching rate is adjustable from 0% to 200%, electromagnetic brake
- Some parameters of the self-propelled wrapping machine are adjustable by controlling panel such as top and bottom wrapping laps, rotation speed, rising and falling speed of film.
- Max wrapping height is 2100mm.this number can also be added to 2400-2800mm according to custom’s need.
- This self-propelled wrapping machine is able to move around which is very convenient to wrap objects.
- Reliable film transport system makes PE film uniform and smooth so as to get firm and beautiful product after wrapping.
- This machine is very easy to operate because the sensor can automatically detect the height of targeted product.
