China Hose High Pressure Nyloned Braid Hose Pipe with Fittings
Super high-pressure testing hoses is mainly produced for high-pressure and super high-pressure testing equipments. This product partly uses nanometer material, possessing the capability of high
pressure bearing and shock resistance, tough and firm structure, no deformation under high pressure and
long use time.
Structure:
1.The main material of the inner core of the hose body is nanometer synthetic rubber.
2.In the middle of the hose body it is enhanced layer intertwined by wires and nanometer
synthetic rubber adhesive coating.
3.The external protection is composed of nanometer synthetic rubber and carbon fiber.
4.Its highest pressure can reach 150MPa, and length 50m.
Use:
Mainly used in hydraulic support mine, oil field development, suitable for engineering construction, lifting
and transport, metallurgy, forging, mining equipment, ships, plastic injection machinery, agricultural machinery,
machine tools, as well as a variety of industrial sectors mechanization and automation transmission with
hydraulic system a certain pressure and temperature of the oilbased (such as mineral oil, soluble oil,
hydraulic oil, fuel oil, lubricants) and waterbased liquids (eg, emulsion, oilwater emulsion, water), etc.
and liquid transmission.
