1.Brief intruduction of prepainted steel coils:
PPGI is the material which uses galvanised steel as the basic substrate metal. There could be other substrates such as aluminum, Galvalume, stainless steel, etc.
PPGI is prepainted galvanised steel, also known as precoated steel, coil coated steel, color coated steel etc.A galvanised steel sheet in coil form is cleaned, pretreated, applied with various layers of organic coatings which can be paints, vinyl dispersions, or laminates.These coatings are applied in a continuous process known as Coil Coating.The steel thus produced in this process is a prepainted, prefinished ready to use material.

3 . Usage of prepainted steel coils:
Outdoor: roof, roof structure, surface sheet of balcony, frame of window, door, garage doors, roller shutter door, booth, Persian blinds, cabana, refrigerated wagon and so on.
Indoor: door, isolators, frame of door, light steel structure of house, sliding door, folding screen, ceiling, internal decoration of toilet and elevator.

5.What's your normal delivery time?
Our delivery time about 15-20days for standard sizes, if you have other requirements like hardness, quanity and width ,it is about 20-40days. But don't worry ,we also try our best for the delivery time ,because time longer and our cost is higher
