Reducer generally use sump lubrication, natural cooling. When the gear working temperature exceeds 90 ℃, balance, or load power exceeds the thermal power PG1, may be circulating oil lubrication, or using plus cooling oil bath lubrication.
When the gear down more than 24h after consecutive start, you should lubricate the gears and bearings to normal after the load operation.
Bearings generally use splash lubrication, lubricants and gear oils the same.
8. NOTE - installation, use and maintenance
1, input axis reducer output axis, and the axis of the connection portion is kept coaxial, the error is not greater than the permissible value by coupling.
2, the use of hardened, causing the input shaft center distance narrow shaft diameter decreases, often finer than supporting the motor shaft. 6. In operation, when a sudden increase in oil and unusual noise, you should immediately stop checks. After proper troubleshooting visitors again operational.
