DBY DCY bevel motoreductors
Tapered cylindrical gear reducer for input, external gear transmission output shaft in a vertical state, the main transmission parts made of high quality alloy steel. Gear carburizing, quenching, grinding process manufacturing, six precision. Products with high carrying capacity, long life, small size, high efficiency, light weight advantages.
DBY type for two transmission Hardened gear reducer; DCY type for three Hardened gear reducer drive, the first-stage transmission for Gleason spiral bevel gear, a second, three transmission compared with involute helical gears.
Reducer can be divided by the output shaft in the form II, II, III, IV four kinds assembly forms, can be divided according to the clockwise direction of rotation of the output shaft (S and counterclockwise (N) two kinds. (Facing the output shaft)

7. Lubrication gearhead
Reducer generally use sump lubrication, natural cooling. When the gear working temperature exceeds 90 ℃, balance, or load power exceeds the thermal power PG1, may be circulating oil lubrication, or using plus cooling oil bath lubrication.
When the gear down more than 24h after consecutive start, you should lubricate the gears and bearings to normal after the load operation.
Bearings generally use splash lubrication, lubricants and gear oils the same.
8. NOTE - installation, use and maintenance
1, input axis reducer output axis, and the axis of the connection portion is kept coaxial, the error is not greater than the permissible value by coupling.
2, the use of hardened, causing the input shaft center distance narrow shaft diameter decreases, often finer than supporting the motor shaft. 5, the first lubricating oil to be injected in operation 300 to 600 replace the child. Thereafter, each running from 1500 to 5000 hours to replace one, replace the longest time should not exceed 18 months. Oil change should be cleaned at the same time, the magnetic oil plug.
6. In operation, when a sudden increase in oil and unusual noise, you should immediately stop checks. After proper troubleshooting visitors again operational.
