V-Plow secondary belt cleaner for the toughest mining environments
The V-Plow Belt Cleaner is designed for the toughest mining environments. They reduce build-up on the tail and take-up pulleys to improve belt alignment problems and thus reduce belt edge damage within the conveyor system.
Features & Benefits
1.Keeps material from becoming trapped between a tail or take-up pulley and the conveyor belt.

3.Reduces bulk material build-up on tail and take-up pulleys to improve belt alignment problems and thus reduce belt edge damage.
4.Simple installation – softens the bulk material carry-back and provides gentle cleaning.
5Equal Pressure and no maintenance needed, adjusts by gravity.
The Back can be installed on conveyor belts with mechanical splices, due to the laid-back wiping blade angle and impact-absorbing tensioning cushions, allowing the mechanical splices to pass without damaging the belt cleaner or the splice.
Applications – Coal Fired Power Plants, Hard Rock Mining, Steel Mills, Iron Ore, Aggregate and Mineral (Phosphate, Potash, Salt) Mining
