Features

1. It adopted with novel micro-computer PLC and Temperature Module Control System, touch screen to display, easy operation, high efficient and saving energy, cleaning and safety, accord with the GMP standard.

2. All the device parts touching with medicine are made of stainless steel, such as coating machine, hot air filter machine, dust clean & air exhaust machine, spraying device.

3. The whole procedures are controlled by micro computer PLC system, optional operation mode, driving controlling and multi display functions.

4. The coating is doing in the close status, avoid powder and liquid spurt out, case body are dealt with furbish and also eliminate “light pollution”.

5. Driving system adopt anti-explosive speed reducer and chain sprocket, frequency conversion stepless speed change.

6. High efficient filter hot air machine directly collect air outdoor, and supply it to the main machine through primary, middle and high efficient filter, its purification reaches 100,000 degree standard. The dedust & air exhauster exhaust air directly to outside, avoid affect center air condition, saving energy.

7. Spraygun using the Japan imported WA—100, good atomization, no blockage of nozzle, spray flow ratio and angle adjustable, simple construction and easy cleaning.
