 4)Why choose our pellet burner:

Questions 1: Does your pellet burner can use straw or rice husk pellets?
As known that some straw pellet burning at 700-1000℃ temperature, will reach melting point, so easy to slagging in the furnace chamber. Most of the burner in the market can not use straw pellets. However, our pellet burner design automatic transmission grate, can remove the ash and slag automatically, so don’t afraid of slagging, it can use all kind of biomass pellets.

Questions 2: Before we bought the burner from other suppliers, but only 3 month working, the furnace chamber are expansion fracture, so what is kind materials used for your furnace chamber and fire port? Will it fracture?
First, the materials for the furnace chamber, we use refractory material can at 2000℃ high temperature.
Second, the chamber are assemble with 4 part, leave enough expansion room, we guaranteed that for one year will not fracture problem.
Third, the spare part are fire port, we use fabricable 310 stainless steel, can bear at 2000℃ high temperature, it is no problem to use for one year. and it is assemble two parts, easy disassemble fore future replace of the fire port spare part.

Questions 3: we bought the burner from other suppliers, but during using, the Fire port become smaller and smaller because of more slag sediment?
We are sure that the fire port will not become small within one year, because our pellet burner will not slagging in the furnace, the reason: 1. we reduce the furnace temperature to 400℃, not reach to melting point; our pellet burner is intellectualized, it can automatically switch the big fire and small fire. 2. We increase the fire port diameter bigger than other suppliers. 3. Fire port and chamber, we use high good refractory materials, no deformation and durable.

Questions 4: Will it appear pellet silo burning phenomenon?
No, not any pellet silo burning problem. First we use inclined screw feeder to input pellet, ensure unsaturated feeding pellet to the bulk pellet device. Second, there is wind to reduce the silo.

Questions 5: What is kind burner we will choose?
The client can tell us your pellet caloric and ash content, we can manufacture the most reasonable burner to meet your pellet parameter. For example, your pellet is high ash content, we can make the burner body bigger, to increase grate traveling speed and feeding speed.
