Usage:
This machine is suitable for laminating plastic-plastic.paper-plastic,paper-paper and aluminum foils and other laminatd materials in the packing industry.

Performance and Features:

1.Coating and laminating of main machine are of double-shaft synchronous frequency conversion and feedback control.
2.Thickness of glue coating can be chosen by mesh of anilox roller and doctor blade
3.Imported tension controller for three section constant tension control.
4.Duplex turret type unwinder, pre-drive with manual web cutting, pre-tension for non-stop shaft exchange
5.First unwinder equipped with EPC system
6.Second unwinder equipped with EPC system
7.Duplex turret type rewinder, pre-drive with manual web cutting, pre-tension for non-stop shaft exchange
8.Movable doctor blade with pneumatic back pressure
9.Three independent constant temperature section drying system with infra heating tube and air blower, inner circulated intake and exhaust device available to ensure the full dryness of web
10.Pneumatic lifting drying channel and operating platform for web stretch, active synchronous running leading roller inside drying channel.
11.Pre-heating before laminating, water cooling roller for laminated web.
12.Air inflatable Shaft for web loading/unloading.
