Usage:
This machine is suitable for laminating plastic-plastic.paper-plastic,paper-paper and aluminum foils and other laminatd materials in the packing industry.

Performance and Features:

2.Coating and laminating of main machine are of double-shaft synchronous frequency conversion and feedback control.
3.Anilox roller with doctor blade for coating, various of anilox rollers available for different coating amount.
4.Imported tension controller for four section constant tension control.
5.Duplex turret type unwinder, pre-drive with pre-tension for non-stop shaft exchange
6.Duplex turret type rewinder, pre-drive with automatically web cutting, pre-tension for non-stop shaft exchange
7.Movable doctor blade with pneumatic back pressure
8.Four independent constant temperature section drying system with stainless infra heating tube and air blower, adjustable inner circulated intake and exhaust device available to ensure the full dryness of web
