We produce animal feed pellet making line machines ,such as feed crusher, dryer and cooler, pellet
machine, various mixer, dryer and cooler, pellet crumbler, screener, pellet packing machines and various
of conveyors e. c. t , for feed mixer, we have two types :1. Double paddle shaft mixer and single Ribbon
shaft mixer , for small animal feed mixer, as below :
1.small animal feed mixer is widely used to mix animal feed and fertilizer powder,
.various liquid can be added. Animal feed materials such as soybean, maize, cereal e.c.t fertilizer
materials such as plant waste, animal manure, home waste ferment materials, e.c.t mixing time per batch
is just 30-90 seconds, Now it is widely used in animal feed industry, fertilizer industry, aquatic product breeding,
chemical industry, aquatic product breeding, medicine and so on.
2.small animal feed mixer has two full length discharging doors, input feeding and bottom output
discharging doors are both two ,the output discharging doors have two manual and pneumatic types,
generally larger than 1000 Model will install pneumatic type, in this way, no need to operate discharging
process by manual. The discharge speed is fast, and there is no residual left inside after discharging.
3. Small animal feed mixer Mixing time is short (30-90seconds per batch).
Adding input and output time, the mixing time is about 10-15minutes per batch(full load working), it can mix 4-6times per hour. The degree of homogeneity is high(cv is smaller than 5%), the mixing time can be adjusted according to feeding materials speed and
quanity.
4.small animal feed mixer has double paddle shafts inside,mixing efficiency
And balance are both very high .all steel materials of mixer can be changed into full stainless or just
carbon steel , which type steel will be choosen according to your raw materials characteristics corrosivity.
5.small animal feed mixer shafts mixing balance degree is very stable ,
when works, there is no shaking, also the gap between shaft and body is very reasonable , now it is our
