We produce animal feed pellet making line machines ,such as feed crusher, dryer and cooler, pellet
machine, various mixer, dryer and cooler, pellet crumbler, screener, pellet packing machines and various
of conveyors e. c. t , for feed mixer, we have two types :1. Double paddle shaft mixer and single Ribbon
shaft mixer , for poultry feed blender, as below :
1.poultry feed blender is widely used to mix animal feed and fertilizer powder, granule e.c.t .
various liquid can be added. mixing time per batch is just 3-6 minutes,
Now it is widely used in animal feed and fertilizer industry, aquatic product breeding,
chemical industry, medicine and so on.
2. poultry feed blender has two input feeding doors ,the outlet discharging doors both have manual and
pneumatic type, generally larger than SHJ1000 Model will install
pneumatic discharging door , in this way, no need to operate discharging part manually
The discharge speed is very fast, and there is no residual left after discharged .
3. poultry feed blender Mixing time is short (3-6 minutes /batch). Adding input and outlet time,
the mixing time is about 15-20minutes per batch(full load working), it can mix 4-6times per hour. The degree of homogeneity is high(cv is smaller than 5%), the mixing time can be adjusted according to feeding materials speed and
quantity.
4. poultry feed blender has single two-- layer ribbon shaft inside,mixing efficiency
and working balance are both very high .all steel materials of mixer can be changed into full stainless or
carbon steel according to raw materials character
5.poultry feed blender inside ribbon shaft mixing balance degree are both very stable ,
when works, shaft doesn’t have shaking, also the gap between mixer shaft and mixer body is very
reasonable , now it is our national free inspection mixing machine
