We mainly produce fertilizer pellet production line machines , such as fertilizer ferment upender, fertilizer
hammer mill crusher, mixer, dryer and pellet cooler, fertilizer pellet machine, fertilizer round granulation
machine ,screener and pellet packing machine, for SHJ feed mixer made in China , details as below :
1. feed mixer is widely used to mix animal feed and fertilizer powder, granule
e.c.t .various liquid can be added. mixing time per batch is just 3-6 minutes,
Now it is widely used in animal feed and fertilizer industry, aquatic product breeding,
chemical industry, medicine and so on.
2. feed mixer has two input feeding doors ,the outlet discharging doors both have
manual and pneumatic type, generally larger than SHJ1000 Model will install
pneumatic discharging door , in this way, no need to operate discharging part manually
The discharge speed is very fast, and there is no residual left inside after discharged .
3. feed mixer mixing time is short ( 30-90seconds /batch). Adding input and outlet time,
the mixing time is about 10-15minutes per batch(full load working), it can mix 4-6times per hour. The degree of homogeneity is high(cv is smaller than 5%), the mixing time can be adjusted according to feeding materials quantity.
4. feed mixer has two paddle shafts inside,mixing efficiency
and working balance are both very high .all steel materials of mixer can be changed into full stainless or
carbon steel according to raw materials character
5. feed mixer inside ribbon shaft mixing balance degree are both very stable ,
when works, shaft doesn’t have shaking, also the gap between mixer shaft and body is very reasonable ,
now it is our national free inspection products.
6. feed mixer is very hot more than 5000 sets per year , greatly welcome to ask
