 pneumatic types, generally larger than SHJ1000 Model will install 

pneumatic discharging door , in this way, no need to operate discharging part manually

The discharge speed is very fast, and there is no residual left inside after discharged . 

3.small fertilizer blender Mixing time is short ( 30-90seconds /batch). Adding input and outlet time, 

the mixing time is about 10-15minutes per batch(full load working), it can mix 4-6times per hour. The degree of homogeneity is high(cv is smaller than 5%), the mixing time can be adjusted according to feeding materials quantity and 

requirement 

4.small fertilizer blender has double paddle shafts inside,its advantages comparing common ribbon 

blender is that mixing time is more than three times shorter time and higher efficiency . Its mixing 

efficiency and working balance are both very high .all steel materials of mixer can be changed into 

full stainless or carbon steel according to raw materials character
