1.double shaft fertilizer mixer/organic fertilizer blender is widely used to mix animal feed and fertilizer
powder materials,various liquid can be added. mixing time per batch is just 3-6 minutes,
Now it is widely used in animal feed and fertilizer industry, aquatic product breeding,
chemical industry and so on.
2.double shaft fertilizer mixer/organic fertilizer blender has two input feeding doors ,the outlet
discharging doors have manual and pneumatic two types, generally larger than SHJ1000 Model will
install pneumatic discharging door , in this way, no need to operate discharging part manually
The discharge speed is very fast, and there is no residual left inside after discharged .
3.double shaft fertilizer mixer/organic fertilizer blender Mixing time is short ( 30-90seconds /batch). Adding input and outlet time,
the mixing time is about 10-15minutes per batch(full load working), it can mix 4-6times per hour. The degree of homogeneity is high(cv is smaller than 5%), the mixing time can be adjusted according to feeding materials quantity and
requirement
4.double shaft fertilizer mixer/organic fertilizer blender has two double paddle shafts inside,its
advantages comparing with other common ribbon blender is that mixing time is more than three times
shorter and higher efficiency . Its mixing efficiency and working balance are both very high .all steel
materials can be changed into full stainless or carbon steel according to raw materials character
5.when double shaft fertilizer mixer/organic fertilizer blender works, two shafts don’t have shaking, also
the gap between mixer shaft and mixer body is very reasonable , now it is our national free inspection
products.
