SHJ single shaft mixer is a horizontal and a batch type mixer .It has the special rotor stricture and high
degree of homogeneity.The gap between rotor and machine case can be adjusted .There is the

1.Single-shaft twin screw blender adopts screw shaft structure,can be used to mix various of liquid,
solid.the shaft can be made into stainless according to different mixing materials ,mixing time is 3-6min
per batch, high mixing efficiency.
2.As a both personal using and feedstuff ,chemical, food ,flourmills industry using Single-shaft twin screw blender , the degree of homogeneity CV is smaller than 5%. wide opening discharge,
residual in the single shaft twin screw blender is little.
3.Manual or electrical or steam driven door makes the Single-shaft twin screw blender very convient to put out
materials and operate, there is no materials left inside.
