I. Application and performance characteristics:
"Yulong" GXP series of highly efficient crusher is our factory approved products, it can crush variety of blocks, slabs, granules material, such as a variety of trees, straw, shells, beans, grains and other materials, applied in biomass energy, chemical, mining, feed, fertilizer and other industries.
The motor and rotor of this series crusher installed on the same base. They are directly connected by coupling. The rotor which have been checked by dynamic balance test can rotate in both of forward backward direction. There are symmetrical operation door and safety interlock in both side. The operation doors are helpful to renewal thieve plate and hammers, also helpful for checking up and debugging. Feed inlet is placed in the top of crusher which can be matched with all kind of feed equipment. Hammers are ranked symmetrically. This series crusher have reasonable structure, sturdy and durable using, safety and dependable, simple installation, easy operation, tiny vibrating, high efficiency etc advantages.
To enlarge the crusher efficiency, we suggest to buy the automatic feeder with the machine.
