TYK reinforcing steel bar cutter (Manual Shear) is designed for manual use. Its body, gear lever and gear body are made of high carbon steel and formed by Forging
For keeping the path of the hand lever as short as possible when cutting thin as well as thick reinforcing bars and for reducing the power requirements, the shearing jaw clearance of the bar cutter are adjustable. The lever located on the left hand side of the machine is for setting the shearing jaw clearance to the thickness to be cut.
The hand lever of the bar cutter which is in basic position, is secured by a retaining spring to prevent accidental falling down.
Meanwhile the reinforcing steel bar cutter is equipped with high quality blade. With the two cutting edges on the blade, any kind of reinforcing bars can be cut easily.
l These bar cutters are well dimensioned gear lever transmission which transmits the force directly to the shear part.
l The slide holding the shear blade is precisely guided between body plate of bar butter to prevent it being forced out of line.
l This system not only keeps the frictional losses to a minimum but also give s the machines a high degree of efficiency so that optimum use is made of the operator’s effort.
l The hand-levers on all models, when in basic position, are securely held by a retaining spring to prevent accidental falling.
