Applications:

This model has three units of punching, shearing and bending. The three functions can be operated separately and simultaneously. The punching unit adopts turret structure, bending unit uses the closed structure, bending angles by numerical control with memory function.

         This machine is mainly used for processing copper and aluminum bus bars. The  user can choose different working units to easily and conveniently realize the functions of shearing, punching( round hole, long round hole, square hole and other shaped holes), horizontal  bending, vertical bending, embossing, pressing cable joint and twisting.

The punching unit uses ductile iron to process the turret typed integral rotary table, which is capable of storing four/six/eight diestation according to different request. The mold mounting hole is processed with the CNC machining center which offers higher precision ,this improves the concentricity and extend the service life of the mold ,and also the mold do not need to change frequently when using. 
2. The shearing unit adopts double column double knives shearing structure, guarantees the notch smooth, no waste materials and long term use without deformation.
