Hot Dip Galvanized Steel Bar Grating
Steel Bar Grating is extremely versatile with various materials of galvanized steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloy, fiberglass.
Steel Bar Grating Specifications:
Load Bar Size: 20x3mm-75x8mm generally.
Load bar's c/c distance: 30mm, 40mm, 60mm and 12.5mm or 33.5mm and their multiples generally.
Cross bar's c/c distance: 50mm, 100mm, 38mm, 76mm generally.
Cross bar's size: 6mmx6mm twisted rod generally;
small size grating using 5mmx5mm twisted rod;
For stainless using diam 5mm round bar.
Load bar's top surface: Flat type-F, Serrated type-S, I type
Series 1: 30mm centres
Load bar's centre distance 30mm, cross bar's centre distance 100mm; Load bar's centre distance 30mm, cross bar's centre distance 50mm.
Suitable for heavy loading
Available in mild steel (forge welded or twistlock) and aluminium (twislock)
Series 2: 40mm centres
Load bar's centre distance 40mm, cross bar's centre distance 100mm; Load bar's centre distance 40mm, cross bar's centre distance 50mm.
Series 2 grating is available in both forge bar and twistlock. The lightweight, economical design of the Series 2 grating makes it perfect for walkways, fixed platforms, stairways and ladders. Available in twistlock (mild steel and aluminium material)
Series 3: 60mm centres
Load bar's centre distance 60mm, cross bar's centre distance 100mm; Load bar's centre distance 60mm, cross bar's centre distance 50mm.
Series 3 grating is mainly used in the mining industry as it minimises the build-up of spillages on the flooring. The openings let small matter fall through while larger matter is caught on the grating. Series 3 is a very lightweight design and is not recommended for high-impact load.
Characteristic: High strength, light structure; beautiful appearance, durable; ventilation, lighting, heat dissipation, explosionproof, corrosion resistance, good performance of skidproof.
Use: Steel grating are widely used as platform, pavement, trestle, drain cover, manhole cover, ladder, fencing in field of petrochemical engineering, power plant, water plant, sewage treatment plant, municipal engineering, environmental engineering etc.
