1. Description
Artificial Rice Machine is a new application for the double screw extrusion technology.the traditional way is low efficient,the cleaness and the quality can not be controlled,the material which can process is single.the double screw extrusion technology improve these disadvanges make this line not only can process the special material like wheat but also can strengthen the nutrision.this line is of high technology,steable,easy operation,high output,short art processing time.
2. Raw materials adopts broken rice rice, corn, millet, wheat, oats, buckwheat, bean, starch as main ingredient, and some other vitamin and mineral as part of ingredient.
3. Products This line can be used to produce many kinds of extrusion foodstuffs, such as various snacks foods, core-filled snacks foods, cereals ect, we just need to finish it by adjusting the mould from extruder
4. Capacity 100kg/h, 200kg/h, 3tons/year, 5tons/year
