Product Description

Anisotropic NdFeB injection pellet which consists of anisotropic NdFeB powder and adhesive ( PA12 or PPS), can be directly used for injection molding. High property bonded anisotropic permanent magnets can be manufactured using anisotropic NdFeB injection pellets. The pellet was produced with special process and powder surface treatment technology, ensuring excellent flow property during injection molding process and good magnetic performance of the magnet. Anisotropic NdFeB magnet has higher magnetic property ( one time higher than isotropic MQ magnet), it can substitute ferrite and isotropic NdFeB magnet in many fields, such as micro~motor, sensors, resulting the miniaturization and lightweight of apparatus, improving motor property and reducing the cost.
