HCL Belt Type vacuum condensation continuous tableting pelletizer
Working principle
The equipment is an enclosed container which is in vacuum state during working. Several layers of tetrafluoroethylene guide belts are arranged in the container.A cooling plate is arranged below the guide belts. Hot melt material flow in an upstream procedure is uniformly distributed or pelletizeed on each layer of guide belts (tetrafluoroethylene)through a distributor.Hot melt materials has adjustable distribution thickness and can be uniformly distributed onto the surfaces of the guide belts.The guide belts drive the hot melt materials to move forward. Heat is conducted by the cooling plate , so that the hot melt material is quickly cured and shaped into tablets or particles.The material is scraped by scraper at the discharge end of the container and is discharged from a vacuum discharge cabin.If material needing to be pulverized can be pulverized in the vacuum cabin as required dust pollution can be avoided.
